1. Sign SmoothStar NDA.
   All coaches need to sign a Non Disclosure Document. This is a legal document that is required to protect SmoothStar intellectual property which includes: Training Manuals, Accreditation testing, training methods, training manuals and new product developments. 
2. Fill in Sponsorship Questionnaire.
   This is a detailed process that enables us to understand your surf coaching, surf school requirements. It is needed to establish the sponsorship proposal. Once we receive this, we then send you a sponsorship proposal. 
3. Boards + Training Manuals.
   Once the sponsorship contract is signed, we send your training manuals and your training boards. Training boards will be to given free to surf coaches and schools based on a loan program.
4. Coaching Accreditation.
   Surfing coaching courses are provided to ensure surf coaches understand basics fundamentals of each level. Accreditations include: Level 1 - Beginner, Level 2 - Intermediate, Level 3 - Advanced and Level 4 - Coach the Coach. Coaching accreditation is not designed to restrict coaching methods, rather standardise the core fundamentals of surf progression. 
5. Qualification & Publication. 
   Once you pass various levels, SmoothStar will provide a certificate and the ability be listed within our surf coaching network. This connects you to potential customers around the world that want to progress their surfing.
